incentive pay, will be forfeited upon termination or departure, unless otherwise specified in the
employee’s contract or required by local labor laws.

3. **Benefit Plans**: Participation in benefit plans, including health insurance, retirement plans, and
other similar programs, will cease on the termination or departure date.
